Does anybody know why, in intermittent cases, removing the default Margin Height in a Frame, in a Frameset, also has the effect of removing the Margin Width?
If I change the Margin Height sometimes, it shifts my Frame content to the left edge of the frame too, as if i'd removed the Margin Width.
In other cases this doesn't happen - is this me misunderstanding these options maybe?
